I am passionate about discovering user needs, attitudes and motivations, and designing solutions based on these findings. I'm highly empathetic which has been vital for working with customers, stakeholders and colleagues alike, to achieve beautiful outcomes which are useful, usable and desirable.
I thrive in fast paced, innovation focused environments, collaborating in small, agile teams. I have led the HCD process across various projects including short experiments, proof of concepts and projects in the delivery phase. I have a wide tool-kit of research, design and testing activities, which are selected or adapted based on the projects objectives.
My strengths lie in uncovering opportunities through qualitative customer research, and concept design including the facilitation of ideation sessions and user testing.
As well as skills sharing, coaching and mentoring with other designers, I have facilitated HCD masterclasses and coached stakeholders and other non-designers in the HCD process.
I've been taking a break from events while I have been on maternity leave. I'll be back mid this year.
